Aim and Scope
SJ Law Research Africa is a peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary academic journal focusing on human rights and rule of law issues in Africa. The Journal is Published by SJC Publishers Company Limited.
The journal provides a platform for students and lecturers of Law from across the world to contribute to the field of law. This is a Journal for lawmakers, lawyers, and the society at large. The journal is open to lawyers, economists, political scientists and others to contribute to the field.
Our focus is on studies in regulatory compliance, IP protection, taxation, dispute resolution, competition law, law firms, legal process outsources and judiciary, exchange of ideas and constructive debate on legal and policy issues surrounding the world, cross-border investment, environment, and development, and so many others that are relevant to this field. The Journal was established on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
